For the LOVE of cooking

As much as i LOVE food...i actually LOVE cooking as well...i can say that i am influenced by my late mom as she is the BEST cook i've ever known....Mom makes magic when she cooks & needless to say, we can feel the LOVE in all her dishes...she's happy & contented when people enjoyed her cooking & so do i...

I have always been interested in cooking. When I was a kid, I used to stay in the kitchen and watch my mom cook various dishes but stopped when i started my busy uni life & work...got lazy after that....So i was thinking since i am "married" i should try have my cooking & baking skills polished to have my SIM fed with more "LOVE" through my dishes & all....this time its different, mom's not there to guide me...i am all by myself...& i know i can definitely do it...jz beliveving in myself....

I call it as "Project 911: Suicide Attempt"...sounds scary huh...nah....no worries, Sim's fine after 2 attempts for the past saturdays....here's some photos of my successful chinese & western dishes...there'll be more to come...stay tuned!!!

Finally got my BAG!!

"Yo...why you buy a shopping bag worth MYR 300?? nice meh?? waste of money nia...i think its not authentic..you're conned!!"...this is what my dearest Sim nagged me whole day about when he get to know i bought the bag i wanted all this while...he's really Mr.Potong Steam...

Its not worth or not...to me its simple, i will buy whatever i like & whatever makes me happy..$$ is not a show stopper...i believe every girls out there agree with me here.. Quote from Sim again***wait till when i see the credit card statement & then you'll know how happy you are...kakakaka***unquote. This "uncle" will never stop nagging but this is one reason why i love him..... Why Longchamp?? The bag (Le Pliage- meaning "fold or bend" this collection boasts an incredible ability to fold or bend, making them ideal for traveling)...you might see it as a bit too simple but this is what i like about this bag...the simplicity & the unique horse logo...never regret getting this bag...me very very happy...

Singapore Trip 18/3 ~ 21/3

My 1st trip to SIN!..so excited!! My dearest cousin sis's getting married & I am glad that she invited us to witness her special day..."To my beautiful cousin sis Jess, I pray and wish happiness for both of you on your wedding day; I hope you are the ones from the story that says - Happily Ever After"

We would like to thank her for her & her hubby, Joseph's hospitality & hope that we do not give them much trouble when we were at SIN...

There's not much we did on the first two days in SIN but it was definitely a fruitful & memorable trip. We met up with our aunties & uncles whom we have not met for more than a decade...We manage to getogether for breakfast, lunch & dinner talking about past memories at grampa's house @ Muntri Street...

3rd Day in SIN...This is the day...the day we visited none other than Universal Studio!! Anny once told me that if you're to SIN, Universal Studio is once of the must visit places..if not you dont consider yourself been to SIN...lolzzz...

The tix cost us SGD 72/ person for weekend but i tink it was worth of $$ because we do enjoy ourself there...We was like little kids roaming freely & getting excited when we came accross those carton characters.....roller coasters, shows, games & everything was fantastic!! tooks photos of all characters except for Shrek & Princess Fiona bcos the queue was sooooo long...i dont like Shrek after all...lalalalala

Sim was so obsessed with the tyrannosaurus water bottle...he consider that's a must buy item..He doesnt want to leave Universal Studio without the bottle...crazy!!

We headed towards Night Safari after that together with uncle Joe & uncle Steven...Both of them treated us as though we're lil kids...uncle Steven paid for our dinner & Night Safari tix...meanwhile, uncle Joe accompanied us along the Night Safari journey & nearly fell asleep along the way...he looks so pitiful..kakakaka...Its "night" safari alright...couldnt even see the animals clearly...the "tour guide" was like, "did you see the tiger behind that rock?? its just there..try to spot it...i bet you guys couldnt see it...my eyes are trained to spot them"...dahhhhhh!! potong steam betul la the trip...

After that, uncle Joe actually sent us home to Mariamway before heading home to Woodlands....lolzzzzz...we no longer lil kids man...we're all grown ups...but we do feel like lil kids when we're around my uncles & aunties...kekekekeke....

Overall our SIN trip was great & we are definitely going back!! yay!!!!!!!!
